I bought a custom PC from the guy here and it ran like a dream for about 2 months. Then one day it decided it was gonna go wonky on me, so I called up Robert and he came out the very next day (it was late in the evening when I called) to take a look. Spent a few hours diagnosing the problem, found out the hard drive had gotten corrupted. He replaced the faulty part and got me back to it. Couldn't have asked for better service. This guy is legit and if you're thinking about getting a new pc, upgrading an old one, or just need a repair you should give him a call.

I have been involved in computers and repairs for 20+ years, I started using Robert at 7 Cities Computer based on reviews and that he does mobile service. I have used him for repairs and he always comes through, gets me all fixed up and at a reasonable price. I do a lot of Photoshop for photography and video production. My old computer was just not handling my needs, so I went looking for a replacement, I checked Best Buy, and several others and nobody had a system specific to my needs. I called Robert and told him what I needed and he put together the best system I have ever had in my life. The speed and processing power is incredible. Robert listens to you, gives you options, and then builds an incredible machine at a really great price. Truly amazing service! I left a message more asking for an opinion on taking my computer to him to upgrade not your usual request.I was promptly called back, the owner was very knowledgeable so much so that he was able to guide me where I needed to go over the phone sent him 2 pictures and by the end he had tailored a plan to fit my needs and my budget.I would truly recommend this computer repair service because he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need and was upfront and very generous with his consultation.

I was having issues with my hard drive and browser. I called expecting to bring the desktop in or have someone stop by and look at it. That was not the case, we ran through what the issues could be and resolved one completely, the hard drive issue came down to it finally dying. All within a phone call. No visits, and no appointments. 100% reccomend this company for thier initiative and integrity.

Went to multiple locations to try and fix my pc but they all couldn’t fix it. Then I went to Robert and he Immediately found the problem and fixed it less than a week!!! 1000% worth coming here 10/10 I recommend
